Job Purpose:

• The C&B and HR Officer acts as a key operational partner to the C&B Manager (UAE) in the administration of the group's total rewards framework and incentive systems. The role is designed to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness through data-driven support, while simultaneously providing dedicated assistance to the HR Manager (Pakistan) in managing local benefits, policy adherence, and administrative excellence.
