Compensation Benefits Manager

JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for end-to-end payroll operations for the Group, with strong hands-on execution using the Infotech Payroll / HRIS system and in charge of Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Rewards Administration, as well as leading the implementation of HCA SOPs, HR policies and the Employee Handbook.
The role ensures payroll accuracy, statutory compliance, data integrity, audit readiness and the consistent application of HR policies, in accordance with Company requirements, KPIs and applicable labor and statutory regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Payroll Operations (Hands-on)
Execute end-to-end monthly payroll processing using the Infotech payroll system, including salary, allowances, overtime, deductions, bonuses and adjustments.
Ensure payroll accuracy of not less than 99.5% and payroll input accuracy of not less than 98%
Perform payroll validation checks, variance analysis and post-payroll reconciliation.
