About the Role

The institution operates within a highly regulated environment and maintains established frameworks for governance, risk management, compliance, and operational control. As part of its focus on strengthening internal governance, talent management, and reward effectiveness, the Bank is seeking to recruit a Compensation & Benefits Manager to design, implement, and manage total rewards frameworks that attract, retain, and motivate talent. The role will ensure statutory compliance, accuracy and integrity in payroll administration, and alignment with applicable regulatory requirements, including relevant banking and labour regulations.
