Compensation & Benefits Services (Specialist)

Objectives of the Position
Understand business needs and provide best suited support on Compensation and Benefits for specific assigned Country in the APAC region.
Support respective countries assigned in the region by engaging with the stakeholders, from HRBPs to country C&B teams in Compensation & Benefits matters including data analysis and providing operational support.
Support in identifying and implementing process improvements and best practices in the C&B space to ensure smooth implementation and engagement of best practice for respective countries.

Operational Excellence
Responsible in preparation of data and analysis required to support any Compensation & Benefits initiatives such as performance management, salary budgeting and merit increment cycle, annual benefit renewal program and market benchmarking exercise for countries in APAC region
