What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably in FMCG or similar industry
• Strong understanding of BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, employee insurance, payroll administration, and current labor regulations
• Experienced in handling medical claims and employee benefits administration
• Proficient in using HRIS, especially Talenta
