Job Title: Compensation & Benefits Specialist
Location: Dayshift | Hybrid (4 days remote, 1 day onsite in Sampaloc, Manila)

Salary Range: ₱30,000 – ₱35,000
We are hiring a detail-oriented and compliance-focused Compensation & Benefits Specialist to support payroll, benefits administration, and statutory compliance for both internal employees and client-facing HR operations.
Basic Requirements
At least 2 years of hands-on Compensation & Benefits experience
Strong working knowledge of Philippine statutory benefits and payroll coordination
Highly organized, accurate, and compliance-driven
Comfortable working in a client-facing HR outsourcing environment
