Based in Singapore, this role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal part in shaping competitive total rewards practices that support the attraction, retention, and engagement of talent across the business.

You will support the full spectrum of compensation and benefits activities, ensuring that programmes remain competitive and aligned with organisational needs. You will contribute to the review of salary structures, conduct market benchmarking, and manage the annual salary review and bonus cycles. Alongside this, you will manage job evaluations and provide insights that help shape pay decisions and maintain internal equity.
