JOB DESCRIPTION:

Compensation Administration

• Support the implementation and administration of compensation structures, salary frameworks, and pay policies.
• Conduct compensation benchmarking and assist in market analysis to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
• Administer annual salary reviews, promotions, adjustments, and merit increase processes in coordination with HR and management.

Policy Implementation & Documentation

• Assist in the development, review, and updating of compensation and benefits policies, guidelines, and SOPs.
• Ensure proper documentation and accurate implementation of approved policies.
• Communicate compensation and benefits policies clearly to employees when necessary.

Data Management, Reporting & Analytics

• Maintain and update HR systems related to compensation, benefits, and employee records.
