Job Summary

The Compensation and Benefits Supervisor oversees the end-to-end payroll, final pay, and benefits administration of the hospital, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full compliance with labor laws and healthcare operational requirements. The role supervises Compensation and Benefits team members and manages payroll complexities inherent in a 24/7 hospital environment, including shifting schedules, overtime, night differential, holiday pay, and clinical staffing arrangements.
