We are seeking a talented individual to join our Compensation team at Mercer, a Marsh business. This role will be based in the Toronto office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As a Senior Associate in Mercer’s Compensation Consulting practice, you will collaborate on challenging compensation and total rewards consulting engagements to support companies, of all sizes and across all industries, solve their greatest challenges by designing and implementing workforce strategies that help to attract and retain top talent. You will take ownership of projects, working directly with clients while overseeing analytical work that informs the design, review, and implementation of workforce and executive compensation programs.
