Overview
We are seeking an experienced Compensation Manager to lead the strategic development and execution of our global compensation practices. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of salary research, compensation structures, and third-party compensation tools (e.g., Mercer, Hay Group, Korn Ferry), and will be able to innovate and recommend adjustments to the company’s compensation package, ensuring both employee satisfaction and alignment with our budget and business goals.
Responsibilities
Serve as the expert on Influx’s global compensation strategies, policies, and practices, continuously recommending improvements based on market data and business needs.

Conduct regular and on-demand research on compensation trends and best practices, making data-driven recommendations for salary structures and adjustments.
