Key Responsibilities Lead the design, benchmarking, and evaluation of compensation structures, salary ranges, and job leveling frameworks. Conduct market analyses using salary surveys and external data to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices. Drive annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus, pay review), including modeling, budgeting, and stakeholder support.
