Compensation Specialist

LOCATION: This position can be filled by a qualified candidate located in any country within Latin America
Provide support in the development of the compensation processes and policies that are competitive, sustainable and aligned with the organization's goals while encompassing a wide variety of local specificities.Evaluate the job under the HAY methodology to assure consistency and fairness across entities.
Support the rest of the team members regarding annual bonus, commissions, merit/salary adjustment process, market surveys, job evaluations/descriptions, job hierarchies within the Americas scope.
Prepares reports for management as needed.
Provides support in the development, implementation and maintenance of compensation programs collaborating with Stakeholders to address the needs of the organization
