Compensations & Benefits Lead

Job Description Strategy
● Assist in the development of strategies, policies and guidelines for the roll-out of the compensation and benefits initiatives in Argentina.
● Participate in development of remuneration strategy and its execution.
● Work closely with HRBPs and multiple stakeholders to identify business needs and improve compensation and benefits processes.
● Research industry best practices and synthesise data to assess feasibility of proposed compensation and benefits projects.
● Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop competitive compensation proposals. Administration
● Administer and coordinate the compensation and benefits initiatives as well as monitoring and calculating the effectiveness of the initiatives and its related communication efforts by analysing data and feedback and developing continuous improvement actions.
