About the team:

The West Stations Dispatch Competency Team consists of three Dispatch Competence Managers. Reporting to the Regional Station Manager, you will be working as part of a highly professional and productive team, of which you will become an invaluable member.

About the job:

Working across the West region, your role will primarily consist of maintaining dispatch competence management systems. You will do this by carrying out assessments, giving guidance support and advice, as well as supporting the station teams with investigations of operational incidents and providing recommendations with clear action plans.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Assess and develop dispatch competence safety critical staff in accordance with industry and company standards to provide a safe train service
