You will be involved in advising the world’s leading companies, financial institutions and governments on their most challenging transactions and assignments. With offices in major business and financial centres, you will deliver an outstanding service to clients anywhere in the world.

The multi-national and multi-lingual nature of the team will enable you to understand the national policy concerns that shape global competition policy and to maintain strong relationships with authorities and enforcement agencies across the globe.

You will cover merger control, foreign investment/national security requirements, cartels and dawn raids, competition litigation, market and sector investigations, abuse of dominance, state aid/subsidies, public procurement and utilities regulation.
