Complaint Officer & Service Center Advisor (for UAE Nationals only)

American International Group, Inc. (AIG) is a leading global insurance organization offering a wide range of services across more than 80 countries.

The role provides extensive exposure in complaint handling while ensuring compliance with Central Bank of UAE requirements and regulatory standards. You will service clients who contact AIG through multiple contact center channels such as calls and emails for various requests ranging from product queries, policy servicing, initial claim document review, and claim registration. You will maintain accurate records and perform duties in compliance with AIG / Regulatory guidelines and operational standards. Any deviations must be reported to the Service Center manager.
