Job Description

Under the authority of the Professional Engineers Act, PEO licenses and governs over 91,500 licence and certificate holders and regulates the practice of professional engineering in Ontario. PEO’s mission is to regulate and advance the practice of engineering to protect the public interest.

The Complaints Committee (COC) considers the results of investigations conducted by PEO staff into complaints made by the public or members of the Association regarding the conduct or actions of PEO members, licence holders, or Certificate of Authorization holders.

(PLEASE NOTE: Participation in COC meetings as a committee member may qualify for Continuing Professional Development / PEAK credit.)
