About Our Client
The Enforcement Conduct Board (ECB), which has been established to provide independent oversight of enforcement agents (formerly known as bailiffs) and the enforcement industry.The ECB was formally launched in November 2022. Our mission is to ensure that all those who are subject to enforcement action in England and Wales are treated fairly.In January 2025 we launched our complaints handling function and are now receiving approximately 100 complaints per month.
Job Description
Conduct thorough investigations into complaints regarding enforcement agents, determining if processes were followed correctly and if individuals were treated fairly.
Weigh complex evidence against relevant standards and regulations to reach robust, fair, and impartial conclusions.
