Setup and manage the completions database in line with the contract requirements and project phase. Coordinate data collection and requirements for handover dossiers. Split the inspection work scope by handover system. Own the completions software database and maintain the data and accuracy. Provide completions software user training to other users specific to their duties. Key in and manage the punch list in the database and follow up with all relevant personnel.
