Hours: Waking nights, 24 hours per week & bank (19:30 - 07:30)

About the Role

You’ll be supporting a young man in his 20's who has complex needs due to Alfie’s syndrome and spinal injury, including seizures, mobility issues and learning difficulties. We're looking for someone with experience in complex care and the ability to build a strong, supportive relationship through clear communication and empathy.
