We are looking for an experienced Senior Attorney to join our legal team in Seattle, Washington. This role involves managing complex legal cases, conducting in-depth research, and drafting high-quality legal documents. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in managing complex, multi-party litigation and a strong understanding of procedural rules governing class actions at both the state and federal levels.


Responsibilities:

• Lead or support class action lawsuits from investigation through resolution, including trial or settlement.

• Draft and revise pleadings, motions, briefs, and other key legal documents.

• Analyze statutes, case law, and regulations to develop strong legal arguments.

• Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to formulate effective case strategies.

• Review discovery materials and summarize findings to support case preparation.
