Complex Loan Documentation Lead SG

Responsibilities:

• Draft , vet facility letter, agreement and security documents

• Instruct and liaise with the Bank's external solicitors on various matters including non standard form facility and security documents, redemption, etc. 

• Review & check loan documentation to ensure credit terms comply with credit approvals and term sheets. 

• Ensure all conditions precedent are met before disbursement. 

• Review and ensure that all the responsibilities and operational aspects of agency roles are appropriately incorporated into the facility and security agreements when CIMB acts as Facility and/or Security Agent roles. 

• Provide support and mentorship to ensure efficient operations and adherence to regulatory, documentation requirements, loan restructuring and credit policy interpretation;
