Compliance Advisory Manager

At WiZink Bank Portugal, we are seeking a Compliance Advisory Manager.

This role sits within the Second Line of Defense (2LoD) and is responsible for providing independent oversight, expert guidance, and effective challenge to the business, ensuring that Compliance and AML risks are properly identified, assessed, mitigated, and managed in line with applicable regulations, supervisory expectations, and internal policies.

The position requires strong regulatory judgment, a risk‑based mindset, and the ability to collaborate constructively with first‑line business areas while maintaining full independence.

Frequent and direct interaction with regulators is a core and essential component of the role.
