Job Description
+ Support and execute globally initiated compliance projects, including conducting compliance risk assessments, completing compliance questionnaires, preparing quarterly compliance testing and monitoring reports, and tracking the rectification of identified compliance risks.
+ Maintain and regularly update the company’s internal policies and procedures to ensure alignment with local regulatory requirements and global group standards.
+ Assist with general corporate governance matters, including organizing and maintaining board and corporate registration documents, and ensuring timely submission of statutory filings to relevant regulatory authorities.
+ Reviewing commercial agreements, other legal document and complete the regular filing work comply with internal policies.
+ Provide professional legal and compliance advice on data privacy, contractual rights, dispute prevention, and other operational-related matters to internal teams.
