Compliance Analyst

Overview

This job is part of the Legal Compliance job function. They are responsible for overseeing regulatory compliance that balances business and compliance solutions to inform the company of options and risks.

What You’ll Do

• Perform KYC screenings and evaluations of findings to confirm compliance with all appropriate regulations, practices, and policies for initiatives, inspections, and training.
• Use aggregate data to create a standard report of improvements and recommendations.
• Identify and escalate potential risks in compliance with AML guidelines. Escalate as needed.
• Assist the team with creating department policies, procedures, and audit requirements for a respective line of business.
