Compliance Analyst

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Knowledge or familiarity International Trade Regulations, Import-Export Customs Regulations, Export Control, and Export Compliance.
• Experience with Denied/Restricted Party Lists, Embargoes, Trade Compliance.
• Experience in using Transport Management Systems (TMS), compliance or screening platforms and ERP systems.
• Denied Party Screening (DPS) – screening organizations, names, addresses (shipment parties) again to official watchlists or sanctioned lists of individuals and entities with whom it is illegal to do business.
• Review and analyze flagged results and assess if they are valid based on regulatory compliance requirements.
• Ensures due diligence checks in compliance with all applicable sanctions and export control regulations imposed by the EU, US and UN.
• Collaborate with the Legal and Compliance Team and other internal stakeholders.
