Compliance and Accreditation Lead

JOB PURPOSE:

The Manager – Regulatory Affairs will be responsible for overseeing, managing, and ensuring end‑to‑end compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and accreditation requirements applicable to a Maharashtra State Private University. This includes liaison with bodies such as the University Grants Commission (UGC), All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Department of Higher and Technical Education, Government of Maharashtra, and various national and international ranking and accreditation agencies.

The ideal candidate brings substantial experience in managing regulatory functions in a university setting—preferably within Maharashtra—and possesses strong communication, legal understanding, and stakeholder management skills.
