Compliance and Data Protection Officer

The Compliance and Data Protection Officer is responsible for ensuring that the University adheres to all applicable regulatory requirements, institutional permits, and data protection laws. The role oversees regulatory compliance monitoring, maintains accurate records of institutional licenses and certifications, and ensures timely renewal of government-issued permits. The position also supports the implementation of data privacy and protection measures to safeguard institutional and stakeholder information.
Key Responsibilities:
o Maintain an updated registry of institutional permits, licenses, and certificates (e.g., CHED, DepEd, LGU, PRC)
o Monitor expiration dates and renewal schedules, and send advance notices to responsible units
Qualifications:
-Must have a Bachelor's Degree
-Familiar with LGU permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements
-At least a year of experience
