Compliance and Privacy Operations Manager

Job Description

As Compliance & Privacy Operations Manager , you will work closely with the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO), Compliance and Privacy Directors, and cross‑functional stakeholders to support the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of the annual global compliance and privacy program.

This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role that blends program operations, project coordination, technology enablement, analytics, monitoring, and administrative and operational support.

The position is hybrid (minimum 2 days office each week and as required) and will be located in either Stockholm or Basel, reporting to Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer.
