**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES** **_(including but not limited to):_**



**Company Secretarial & Legal Support**



+ Support and facilitate subsidiary board and committee meetings including preparation of agendas, minutes, resolutions, secretarial certificates, corporate affidavits and follow up items as needed

+ Manage board calendars and consult with internal stakeholders to ensure timetables are met.
