Compliance Associate

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and manage full cycle of accreditation applications, renewals, and maintenance for the organization.
• Prepare, compile, and submit all required documents to regulatory bodies and government agencies on schedule.
• Monitor compliance with labor laws and company policies related to statutory benefits (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG etc.).
• Maintain organized records of all compliance-related documents, submissions, and correspondences.
• Liaise with government agencies, industry regulators, and internal departments to address queries and resolve compliance issues.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience in compliance, accreditation management, or regulatory affairs
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws, statutory benefits, and regulatory requirements.
