Compliance Assurance - Vice President

Join Barclays’ Compliance Assurance team and play a key role in managing compliance risk across APAC and globally. You’ll bring deep expertise in Private Banking (mandatory), with strong knowledge of Investment Banking and Corporate Banking. The role demands exceptional investigative skills to identify Financial Crime risks, regulatory gaps, and control weaknesses, as well as the ability to engage management on contentious issues and recommend actionable solutions. A proven track record of delivering high-quality work under tight timelines is essential. In addition, you must be an effective line manager, capable of leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing team while fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
