Job Description

Your tasks

You support the Enovos Compliance Officer in the follow-up and implementation of a compliance program covering all activities of Enovos Luxembourg and its fully consolidated subsidiaries

You assist in defining compliance-related policies, procedures, processes and controls, and monitor their integration into business processes

You participate in conducting compliance risk assessments and support the implementation and monitoring of related risk mitigation action plans

You contribute to the effective implementation of group and entity compliance policies and procedures across the organization

You lead negotiations of energy trading contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards, and manage the full contract lifecycle
