We are looking for a proactive Team Leader to oversee our OpenCompliance Control and Risk Management (CCRM) operations in Lisbon. This role is central to maintaining regulatory standards while leading a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure the quality of risk assessments and provide guidance to your team to meet operational targets effectively.

Main Responsibilities 

You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the CCRM team, fostering a high-performance culture through coaching and regular performance reviews. Beyond people management, you will monitor compliance workflows, mitigate potential risks, and act as the primary point of contact for complex compliance escalations.
