Compliance Coordinator

Qualifications

• Any 4 years course such as Bachelors degree in Maritime Studies, Business Administration, Customs Administration, or related field.
• Additional training or seminars related to maritime compliance, safety, or regulatory processes is an advantage. Work Experience
• At least 2 years experience in compliance, documentation, or regulatory processing (preferably in the shipping or maritime industry).
• Experience dealing with MARINA, PCG, DOLE, PPA, and other government agencies is highly preferred. Skills & Competencies
• Knowledgeable in MARINA requirements, vessel and crew documentation, and other maritime regulatory standards.
• Can process licenses, certificates, permits, and regulatory submissions.
• Has a background in vessel operations, maritime safety, or crew management.
• Can negotiate and coordinate with MARINA and other agencies efficiently and professionally.
