Compliance Coordinator

Qualifications
Any 4 years course such as Bachelors degree in Maritime Studies, Business Administration, Customs Administration, or related field.
Additional training or seminars related to maritime compliance, safety, or regulatory processes is an advantage. Work Experience
At least 2 years experience in compliance, documentation, or regulatory processing (preferably in the shipping or maritime industry).
Experience dealing with MARINA, PCG, DOLE, PPA, and other government agencies is highly preferred. Skills & Competencies
Knowledgeable in MARINA requirements, vessel and crew documentation, and other maritime regulatory standards.
Can process licenses, certificates, permits, and regulatory submissions.
Has a background in vessel operations, maritime safety, or crew management.
Can negotiate and coordinate with MARINA and other agencies efficiently and professionally.
Ability to travel when needed for agency transactions.
