Compliance Counsel

Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Compliance Counsel. The Compliance Counsel will be responsible for ensuring that eBaoTech operates in compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Job Description:

•To set strategies, initiate and optimize policies and rules for compliance management (including but not limited to anti-bribery, data protection, export control, etc.) as applicable to the company and its affiliates in other countries/regions, to be in line with the law update and corporate needs.

•To prepare and provide trainings related to various compliance programs.

•To conduct legal research on the laws and regulations on compliance or corporate development related matters.

•To conduct investigation for compliance related events and propose for solutions.

•To support resolution of dispute which occurs in connection with compliance related matters.
