Compliance Director

Responsibilities
Collaborate with Compliance team members to implement, manage, and maintain the organisation's compliance framework.
Ensure that management and staff adhere to all relevant regulations and follow established policies and procedures.
Lead, coach, and support the development of compliance personnel based in Singapore.
Oversee interactions with regulators, clients, and external advisers on compliance matters affecting the business.
Provide guidance to employees on regulatory and compliance-related issues.
Create and update policies and procedures to maintain alignment with evolving regulatory requirements applicable to the business unit.
Oversee compliance monitoring activities and conduct risk and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures.
