Compliance Exec, Regulatory Compliance

Role Overview:
Supporting the Company’s efforts to maintain robust compliance with applicable laws, regulations and guidelines by monitoring regulatory developments, evaluating their impact on business operations and providing timely, practical advice to internal stakeholders on compliance obligations and effective implementation.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in aligning compliance activities with the company’s business strategy, regulatory requirements and industry developments.
Support the promotion of an ethics-based culture through training and awareness initiatives.
Monitor and assess new laws, regulations and regulatory trends and assist in evaluating their applicability to the company’s operations in collaboration with Legal.

Provide compliance advisory support during product development, business initiatives and operational reviews in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
