Role Overview
An established organisation is seeking a dedicated professional to join its Legal & Compliance function. This role is suited to individuals who are committed to ensuring that business operations adhere to applicable laws, industry regulations, and internal governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Review and update internal policies and procedures to ensure alignment with current regulatory requirements.
Conduct due diligence and screening on new and existing counterparties against sanctions, restricted party, and prohibition lists; review supply chains and related assets for potential regulatory breaches and escalate concerns where necessary.
Administer and maintain the organisation's counterparty registration and management system in accordance with internal policies; assess documentation from a legal, compliance, and fraud risk perspective.
