Job Summary

The Compliance Helpdesk serves as the first point of contact for compliance-related inquiries, concerns, and reports. This role is responsible for receiving, documenting, assessing, and escalating compliance issues while ensuring timely resolution and proper coordination with relevant departments. The position plays a critical role in maintaining regulatory adherence, ethical standards, and operational integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and respond to compliance-related inquiries via email, ticketing system, phone, or internal platforms.
  • Log, categorize, and track compliance concerns and incidents in the monitoring system.
  • Conduct initial assessment of reported issues and determine proper escalation procedures.
  • Coordinate with HR, Legal, Operations, Finance, and other departments for issue resolution.
  • Monitor turnaround time and ensure timely closure of compliance tickets.
