Who You Are
You reside in Western Canada, preferably in Alberta, and are comfortable with travel up to 40% across the region in a full-time, five days per week role. The Dentalcorp Compliance & IPAC Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance, efficiency, and quality within Dentalcorp practices across Canada. In this role, you will assess regulatory compliance across multiple regulatory bodies, while aligning practices with Dentalcorp standards. This is a supportive role designed to partner with practice teams, providing guidance, education, and actionable solutions to help ensure compliance and overall patient safety.
In this role, you will
Conduct on-site and virtual audits of dental practices across Western Canada.
Evaluate adherence to provincial regulatory and college requirements and to Dentalcorp standards, including IPAC, sedation, and radiation safety.
