Job Description

                    Take on a leadership role by formulating and executing strategic plans in line with company objectives 
Set and ensure the reach of relevant team KPIs to help maintain excellent performance 
Guide and assist clients in submitting necessary documents for BIR permit processing 
Act as the liaison between clients and BIR, facilitating smooth communication and timely processing 
Manage follow-ups with BIR and clients, ensuring swift and accurate processing 
Address client inquiries and concerns related to permit processing 
Update and maintain trackers for accurate record-keeping 
Provide suggestions for process improvements to enhance efficiency 
Serve as the main point of contact for clients' BIR-related concerns 
Minimum Qualifications: Experience in business, communication, compliance, processing, or a related field
