What You’ll Do

The Compliance Management Analyst serves as a key resource within MQMR’s Compliance Management department, providing oversight, expertise, and client-facing support across a broad range of compliance functions. This role is primarily responsible for reviewing and validating the accuracy of data, analyses, and reports related to Fair Lending, and compliance with laws and regulations that include, but are not limited to, the following:

• ECOA and Regulation B
• HMDA and Regulation C
• Fair Housing Act
• State Fair Lending Laws, as applicable
• GSE/Agency Requirements, as applicable
