JOB SUMMARY:

Under the direct supervision of the Department Head (DH)/, performs duties and responsibilities involved in assisting the DH in implementing and carrying the compliance functions. Supervises Compliance Analysts.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Assistant to the Secretariat of Related Party Transactions Committee (RPT Committee)
• Handles the preparation of presentation materials and Minutes of Meeting of RPT Committee.
• Handles the consolidation/preparation of Related Party Transactions reports coming from branches, Head Office Units and Designated Approving Committees’ Secretariat.
• Prepares/submit to BSP the annual report on Conglomerate Structure and quarterly report on Material RPTs.
• Updates and maintains database of Group Structure/Related Parties.
• Cascades to Officers and staff the updated database on Related Parties.
