The and Compliance Management Supervisor leads and mentors the compliance team, ensuring effective collaboration and overseeing the development and implementation of compliance policies, procedures, guidelines. This role serves as the primary point of contact for compliance inquiries and ensures the integration of new regulatory and legal requirements across sites.

What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the compliance management team , providing guidance, coaching, and resources for continuous learning.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all compliance-related inquiries and issues, managing, tracking, and resolving them to minimize risk.
• Develop and implement comprehensive compliance policies and procedures in line with current regulatory, legal, and industry standards.
• Ensure all compliance documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with internal and external frameworks. <...
