Compliance Manager - 12 month contract

About the Role 

Reporting to the Senior Manager - Compliance and working closely with the broader Line 2 Risk team and the Legal team, the Compliance Manager will form part of the second line of defence, managing and undertaking field work to support the development, maintenance and monitoring of compliance to policies, standards, and processes. 

Key responsibilities

Regulatory Framework Management

• Develop, maintain and monitor comprehensive compliance frameworks covering AFS licence conditions, ASIC/APRA requirements, and prudential standards (CPS 220, CPS 230).
• Ensure compliance with ASIC RG 104 requirements and regulatory obligations across all business operations.
• Establish policies, procedures and controls to manage compliance risks affecting consumers, members and market integrity.
