Compliance Manager, AML

You will play a key role in strengthening how compliance is done across the organisation — improving AML processes, uplifting policies, building internal understanding, and advising business teams on regulatory expectations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both designing better frameworks and working closely with stakeholders, rather than sitting purely in operational execution. What You'll Do
AML & Process Improvement Review and enhance AML / CDD / EDD processes to improve quality, consistency, and efficiency. Strengthen AML/CFT policies, procedures, and internal playbooks. Deliver internal training to raise compliance awareness and capability across teams. Provide oversight on onboarding standards, client risk assessments, and escalations. Act as an escalation point for higher-risk cases and complex reviews. Support banking-related reviews (e.g. account openings, periodic due diligence), where needed.
