Compliance Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage client onboarding and periodic review processes.
• Develop, review, and implement company policies and internal regulations.
• Design and monitor control frameworks to prevent, detect, and address breaches of regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Oversee compliance-related business operations, including policies, investments, and procedures.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and continuously enhance compliance frameworks.
• Review procedures, reports, and processes periodically to identify potential risks or non-compliance issues.
• Assess new and future business initiatives to identify compliance risks and provide advisory support to the Products and Research teams.
• Prepare compliance reports for senior management and external regulatory authorities, as required.
